Day one

Registration: for the benefit of delegates arriving in Rome well before the start of the conference, the Library will be open for registration already on 17 August, from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m and on 18 August from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Early registration of delegates would enable us to start our proceedings in time in the morning of 19 August.

The registration desk will be set up by the Senate entrance to the Joint Parliamentary Library, at Piazza della Minerva 38.

A briefing session on the city of Rome, open to delegates and accompanying persons, will be held at 6.30 p.m. on 18 August, in order to provide guests with basic information on the present day features of the city. Access to the seminar is possible starting at 5:30 p.m. through the Senate entrance to the Joint Parliamentary Library at 38, Piazza della Minerva.
