Block reservations have been made at concession rates with three hotels close to the Joint Parliamentary Library, in the very heart of Rome.

Room reservations should be placed directly by conference participants.

To complete a reservation, please fill in the forms linked next to each hotel entry.

Concession rates may only be applied to registered participants. The personal registration number issued to each participants on completion of the online registration process should be quoted in the registration form in order to obtain the concession rate.

Hotels will not grant such rate if the personal registration number box in the registration form is left blank.

The deadline to reserve a room at concession rates is 30 June 2009. After such date, rooms at concession rates will be subject to availability.

Any extension of the deadline will be announced on this page of the conference website.
